After graduating from UCLA, lived in Japan for a year. Settled in So. Calif and have worked at Toyota's design studio in Newport Beach for over 40 years. Still not thinking of retiring!

During after-school GAA, my favorite sport was playing basketball even though I barely reached 5 feet. (To compensate for that, I used to be pretty aggressive.) One day when I was junior, I was doing my aggressive moves and somehow bounced off someone and ended up, not quite flying through the air, but pretty close! I ended up pulling a tendon on my left middle toe. From that day on, my toe became a rain "predictor." Even to this day, when it's going to rain, I know because my toe lets me know.

Took up running not too long ago and to date have completed 6 marathons and 10 half marathons. Love to travel, read, get together with friends, try out different types of restaurants.

Can't remember the exact event (Alley Catz?), but a big group of us led by Ms Frary went to Cabrillo Lanes and had a blast bowling. Guess it was memorable to me because I bowled my highest game ever - 177. I've never come close to that since.
