Today was the hardest day of my life. My mom‘s 80th birthday and the day we cremated her and laid her to rest. She always talked about her grandpa Klaus mumm and how he passed away on the same day he was born December 28. To think I was a second generation having to go to Melhs and see their mom and fallow the hurst for the finale journey were they where laid to rest. I didn’t realize that when I chose Melhs it was the first place that came to my head. I can’t imagine the feelings she felt at 12 years old. I’m 42 and can barely go on. Very thankful for Chloee and Kelly, who came with me and supported me through all of this. We followed her all the way to the crematorium. I was able to spend time with her before we left and before we cremated her. I hope to move her over watch watched her go in and was the one that was able to press the button. I stood with her for a while until it became too hard. I was able to sit outside until I felt comfortable to leave. The last three videos are the hurst leaving the crematorium. The second video shows the outside of where she was being cremated You could see an orb in the right corner for sure my mom showing me she was there with me. It pans down to the cement where you can see all of the heat coming out then it pan up to the fence. I feel like that was her soul being released into the universe. If anybody is a fan of the good place, I felt very similar to the last episode of how she becomes one with the universe. It’s also very iconic that on her last day that her physical body is with us and she is cremated that it is also the hottest day of the year. I checked the records all the way back to January 2 hottest day was March 19 at 91°. There’s no other time that the temperatures have hit 90s. March 10 is my birthday and I love the heat Today’s temperatures were rather unpleasant though but very fitting. Trying my very hardest to keep it all together. I miss my mom more than anything. I miss when she was still well and we were able to go on adventures. I miss being able to go down the hall and talking to her. I was telling me this too shall pass. I miss hearing her say ok sweetie. I hope you have a nice time, sweetie.
