Our dear friend Marilyn Miller Biancalana passed away last week on Wednesday, November 25th. "Mare" had been in poor health during the last 5 years. She had Parkinson's disease. We kept in contact throughout the years until about 2 years ago when she could no longer manage her email. Then it was only by phone occasionally. She was always in great spirits despite her condition. I am truly blessed to have had a lifetime of friendship with Mare.
So many fun memories from the time we met at our bus stop in Rio Del Mar. I was so happy to have you move in two doors down on Bayview Drive. We laughed and talked on the 45 minute ride around Seacliff and on to Watsonville. You were a kind and loyal friend, Marilyn, and I regret that we lost touch after Cabrillo. Rest in peace, my friend. The memory of you lives on.
